Welcome to TEJIKA.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TEJIKA. TEJIKA operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced in these Terms, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services or purchase products from us.

By accessing or using the Services, or by purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

When you place an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect product or pricing information, material availability, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.

Because some of our products may be produced or prepared after an order is placed, we may not always be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been confirmed.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
Products purchased from TEJIKA are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed with us. Products may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices may not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other taxes or fees imposed by the destination country or region.
Any shipping charges or taxes collected by us will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed after shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless they have already been collected by us at checkout or applicable law provides otherwise.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our store.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from Japan.
International orders are generally shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) or another shipping service specified at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, orders are generally dispatched within 2–14 days after your order is confirmed.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, local postal or carrier conditions, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the risk of loss or damage to products remains with TEJIKA until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
If you independently arrange for a carrier that was not offered by TEJIKA, risk may pass to you when the products are delivered to that carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you, or because delivery is refused, you may be responsible for reasonable additional shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.

The Services and their contents, including but not limited to our trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, photographs, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, audio, designs, and website content, are owned by or licensed to TEJIKA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided for your personal and non-commercial use.
Except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, or commercially exploit any material from the Services.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or license in the intellectual property of TEJIKA, Shopify, or any third party except as expressly stated.
The TEJIKA name, logo, product names, designs, and other brand elements may not be used without our prior written permission.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
TEJIKA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any purchases you make through our online store are made directly with TEJIKA.
Shopify is not the seller of TEJIKA products and is not responsible for the fulfillment of orders placed with TEJIKA.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages, or liabilities arising directly from products purchased from TEJIKA.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback and that your Feedback does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

We may remove Feedback that we reasonably believe is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, obscene, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or your purchase from TEJIKA will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Japan, except where mandatory applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring or defend proceedings in another jurisdiction.
